Due to a car accident, Wednesday afternoon, a utility pole was hit and Thames Valley Communications fiber was damaged. Emergency fiber restoration crews were on site and repaired the damage prior to midnight. This outage involved several local broadcast channels to be out for all our customers and a complete cable outage for some customers in the immediate area of the accident.
